Present to and interact with online viewers by webcasting a live CaptureCast presentation. This tutorial shows how to webcast a live
CaptureCast presentation. To begin, on the main Capture software screen click Webcast. Note: You will only be able to do so if you are logged in. Click the Event drop-down list. And select an existing event, or create a new one. For this example we will select an event that
has already been created. The Title and Presenter fields are automatically
populated but you can alter the information for either. You can also change the presentation
layout, and disable the chat function. When you are ready click Continue.
Click Start when you are ready to begin your live broadcast.
When the chat function is enabled, you and your viewers can exchange messages. From the
chat tab, click Send a regular message to contact the live event’s participants.
Type your message and press the Enter key. Click Stop when your presentation is complete.
Your live presentation has been recorded and can be published for on-demand viewing.
Click Finish to return to the main Capture Software screen.
