Calling: Answer a Call. To answer a call, swipe the Answer icon to the
right towards the outer circle. To ignore a call, swipe the Decline icon to the
left towards the outer circle. The call will be
sent to voicemail. To decline a call
and send a message, swipe up from the
Send Message icon. Select the desired message, or select “Compose new message”
to create your own. Make a Call. To call a phone number, from the home screen,
select the Phone icon. From the dial pad,
enter the desired phone number. Select the Call icon. To call a contact, from the Phone app,
select “CONTACTS”. Scroll to the desired contact, then select the desired number; select the Call icon. To call a recent or missed call, from the Phone app,
select “RECENTS”. Recent and missed calls
will be displayed. Select the desired contact or
number you would like to call. Select the Call icon. Call Forwarding. From the home screen,
select the Phone icon. Select the Menu icon. Select “Settings”. Select “More settings”. Select “Call forwarding”. Select “Always forward”. Enter the desired
forwarding number. Select “TURN ON”. Call forwarding is now on. When enabled, the Call Forwarding icon will
be displayed in the status bar. To turn off call forwarding, from the call forwarding page,
select “Always forward”. Select “TURN OFF”. Call forwarding is now off. In-Call Options. While on a call, select the
Mute icon to mute the call. To unmute,
select the Mute icon again. To turn on speakerphone,
select the Speaker icon. To turn off speakerphone,
select the Speaker icon again. To access the keypad,
select the Keypad icon. Select “Hide” to return
to the call screen. To place the call on hold,
select the Menu icon; select “Hold”. To take the call off hold,
select “RESUME CALL”. To access the home screen,
select the Home button. To return to the active call, swipe down from
the notification bar; select the phone notification. To add a call,
select the Add Call icon. To end the call,
select the End Call icon. Speed Dial. To add a contact to speed dial, from the home screen,
select the Phone icon. Select the “CONTACTS” tab. Select the Menu icon. Select “Speed dial”. Select the Drop-down icon to assign the
contact and number. Select the desired number. The speed dial number 1 is reserved for the
device voicemail. Enter the desired contact
name or phone number. Select the desired contact. To call a speed-dial contact, from the dial pad, select and hold the
desired speed-dial number. To call a 2-digit speed dial,
select the first digit, then select and hold
the second digit. To remove a contact
from speed dial, from the Phone app,
select the “CONTACTS” tab. Select the Menu icon. Select “Speed dial”. Select the Delete icon
next to the desired contact. Block Unwanted Calls. When a call is blocked, it is
routed directly to voicemail. The call-blocking feature may not affect phone calls made
or received via third-party app installed on your device. Please contact third-
party app developers for assistance with
such applications. To manually block a number
or to block all unknown numbers, from the home screen,
select the Phone icon. Select the Menu icon. Select “Settings”. Select “Block numbers”. To block all unknown numbers, select the “Block
unknown callers” switch. To block a specific number, enter the desired phone number. Select the Add icon. To block a number
in your contacts, select the Contacts icon. Scroll to, and select,
the desired contact. Then select “DONE”. To remove a number from
the blocked numbers list, from the blocked numbers list, select the Delete icon
