Now just close your eyes and focus attention
on the junction between the two eyebrows. Which is called the Brow Chakra.
And then just concentrate. Just by concentrating it corresponds to the Pituitary Gland.
Immediately you’ll find a sensation in between the two eyebrows.
And this part is where Ganesha starts, and it is called the Muladhara, or the Root Chakra
of the Upper Body. The Root Chakra of the Lower Body is the region
between the anus and the sex center, at the Coccygeal, or the Bottom of the Spine. That
is the Lower Root Chakra. The Upper Root Chakra is the Pituitary Gland
in between the two eyebrows. That’s a major gland that controls several activities of
the body. Just focus on it.
And then move up, move your attention up, and go to a little bit deeper into the MidBrain
to a region called the Pineal Gland, where it’s a very small gland, 5 millimeters in
diameter, and that is the place where he can be felt between the two areas. He moves between
the two. Now open your eyes.
