NOT an accomplishment. Why do American women want special recognition? The greatest evolutionary accomplishment for women is childbearing. Anything else is illogical.

A great tactic Trump could do is send a team to record the crowd sizes of his and his opponents. The claimed 25,000 at Bernie Sanders rally in new york when it was around 5,000 maybe.

    TRUMP CRIMINAL CORRUPTION 101: 10/21/2019.

Let’s start with one of my personal favorites among Trump’s LONG criminal history- arguably the seed of what has grown into his belief that he exists above the law : the surprisingly well-documented decades old lawsuit between the United States Justice Department and Fred Trump, Donald Trump, and (then) Trump Management.

This case is a great starting point because it shows not only how Fred taught Donald directly from his own corrupt, dirty, (racist) playbook, but it was also perhaps his first real lesson in the litigation tactics of the wealthy, or the beginning of his "keep it tied up as long as possible and then settle out of court" style. It is also notable because the plaintiff is the United States government, not another corporation or private entity.

In 1973 — a decade after the Civil Rights Act, and five years after the Fair Housing Act — the Department of Justice sued Trump Management for its discriminatory practices and violations of the act, which activist groups had meticulously recorded for years. The New York City Human Rights Division had been using black plants, or "testers" in order to collect evidence that Trump owned properties were denying them tenancy, while similar white plants would then be offered apartments in the same buildings. The Justice Department showed that Trump Management would falsely claim "no vacancy" while units were available, or quote varying terms for rental agreements or rental prices to blacks than they would for tenancy for similar white "testers."

"Back then, Sheila Morse worked as one of those testers. When a black New Yorker was turned down for service and racial bias was suspected, Morse, who is white, would be dispatched to see if she received different treatment.
In this case, a black man in search of an apartment in Brooklyn in 1972 saw a sign on a building: "apartment for rent."
"He met with the superintendent, and the superintendent said, 'I'm very sorry, but the apartment is rented — it's gone,' " Morse says. "So the gentlemen said to him, 'Well, why is the sign out? I still see a sign that says apartment for rent.' And the superintendent said, 'Oh, I guess I forgot to take it down.'
When Morse went to the building to ask about the same apartment, she says, "They greeted me with open arms and showed me every aspect of the apartment."
Morse says she reported her experience to the Human Rights Commission, and then returned to the apartment building. After she was offered a lease, the black man who had tried to rent the apartment entered the office with a city human rights commissioner, and the three of them confronted the building superintendent.
"He said, 'Well, I'm only doing what my boss told me to do — I am not allowed to rent to black tenants,' " Morse says.
The commissioner asked the building superintendent to take him to his boss. That turned out to be Trump Management."

Creepy Roy Cohn, the Grand Wizard of Shady Lawyers, who had a long-standing (criminal) relationship with Fred Trump that would later be further extended to his son- promptly took up the case, and countersued the United States, claiming that the mountain of evidence was groundless, and seeking defamation damages to the tune of $100,000,000. The judge immediately threw that countersuit out of court, calling it a "waste of time and paper."
But, the Trumps dragged the case out into 1975, when they finally settled out of court with stipulations that Trump Management would provide itemized lists of the vacancies at their properties in Brooklyn, Queens, and Staten Island to the New York Urban League, giving them priority in certain locations, as well as being required to place ads in newspapers stating that they did not discriminate against black tenants. Of course, they were back in court again in 1978 for violating the terms of the 1975 settlement.

Unfortunately, and in true Trumpian fashion, this example seems to be an age-old thorn in Trump’s side to this day, as his administration has taken recent steps to gut the Fair Housing Act, specifically the "Disparate Impact Rule," which would give the potential victims of housing discrimination a leg to stand on.
"In one of this administration’s most outrageous attacks on civil rights yet, the proposed rule will make a mockery of one of the FHA’s most critical enforcement tools: the Disparate Impact Rule. The Rule allows potential victims of housing discrimination to challenge unjustified policies or practices that disproportionately harm them.
Courts have recognized disparate impact liability under the FHA for decades, culminating in the Supreme Court’s 2015 decision affirming disparate impact liability in Texas Department of Housing & Community Affairs v. Inclusive Communities Project.
There, the Court explained the significance of disparate impact liability: “[H]ousing restrictions that function unfairly to exclude minorities from certain neighborhoods without any sufficient justification . . . reside at the heartland of disparate-impact liability.”
Under the Obama administration, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) acknowledged this principle by formally codifying the Disparate Impact Rule in 2013, and consistently affirming the existing Disparate Impact Rule through its fair housing enforcement and guidance as recently as 2016.
But this new proposed rule will weaken existing housing protections by imposing a significantly higher burden on victims of housing discrimination to prove their claims, making it nearly impossible to prevail. This change would make it harder to challenge forms of algorithmic discrimination — such as unjust tenant-screening tools or discriminatory marketing schemes — by providing special defenses for business practices that rely on algorithms or statistics, undoing decades of progress in advancing fair housing opportunities for all.
Why does Trump want to undermine this rule? Because it works. Disparate impact liability is a tool like none other in the law with numerous examples of how it has helped dismantle the many systemic barriers to fair housing. The Disparate Impact Rule has been critical in challenging covert or disguised forms of housing discrimination that otherwise escape easy classification."

President Trump please help me. I just purchased a 2018 Nissan Rogue and Geico is my insurance company. The rep gave me a price of $206 a month when I enrolled and then upon realizing I was a woman (My name is Andronicus it is a male name out of the Bible) but when he realized I was a woman my rate INCREASED by almost $30 a month I said what??? Shouldn't they be going by my driving record and not my sex? I've never been in an accident once. I said I have to pay MORE because I am a woman? That's discrimination. He said well they go by the statistics for my area and according to the statistics women in my area have more incidents. I just moved Sat. to a nicer area and I updated my address online with Geico IMMEDIATELY it showed my payment increases $501.70 over the next 6 months that instead of paying the $216.81 I will now be paying $318.97 a month so it went up a $100 when I called Geico Insurance and spoke to Chris he told me because I have a different zip code. I said your telling me because I changed zip codes I have to pay $100 more a month for my insurance? He said that is correct. People if your a woman and a woman that God forbids moves to a better place Geico Insurance will make sure to F you over BIG TIME!!!!!! STAY AWAY. I'm filing a complaint against Geico Insurance with the National Association Of Insurance and Individual Fl. state Commissions. This should be illegal. Thank you.
