Stop Illegal Cell Phone Calls | Get Help Now 877-637-5918 | TCPA | Sue for Up to $1500 Per Call

Hi folks. My name is Sergei Lemberg. I run the consumer law firm LembergLaw.com. We specialize in cases across the country under what’s called the TCPA, Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Now what’s it for? You are looking for information on call blocking to see how you can stop some telemarketer or some useless bank or some debt collector from hammering your cell phone from calling, calling, calling, calling, calling. Okay. Call blocking is fine. Call blocking is great. You may be able to block them today but they changed their number and they use a different number to call you and you block that. And they change the number again and you block that, on and on and on. Then they call from an anonymous number. What do you do with that? Call blocking works for some things but not for all things and it still requires you to be engaged in this telephone game where you’re poking at the telephone, blocking call. In addition to the call blocking, get a call blocker, but in addition to the call blocker, give us a call, see if we can help. Keep a log of all the calls you are getting. Look for calls that you didn’t give the number to the people to call you, either telemarketer or bank, it doesn’t matter. If you didn’t give them the number. If you didn’t consent to being called. For telemarketers they need your written consent, for banks if you didn’t give them the number yourself those calls may be illegal. You may be able to recover 500 to 1,500 bucks for each of those calls. So the lesson of the story is, in addition to the call blocking that you’re already doing on your phone, you may be able to recover money for the illegal calls that are blocked and that are not blocked. Now, you say, why do I want to hire a lawyer that’s going to cost me money? Well sometimes but not this time. This time, we take cases on contingency for illegal robocalls we’ll take your case on contingency. We’ll advance all costs. We will try to get you what’s rightfully yours. If we aren’t successful, nothing ventured nothing gained. But if we succeed we’ll be able to recover a significant sum for you for the illegal harassment you are suffering. Don’t take it on the chin. Give us a call today.

I'm getting robo calls from credit card services and from the people who are selling car warranties and have told them to stop but they have kept calling. I have recorded these calls with a phone app and also a recording of me telling them to stop. Do I have a good case to sue them?
